EVNROLL LAUNCHES ER2B PUTTER
There’s nothing more American than the 4th of July. It’s the domain of sparklers, “oohs and ahhs” and everything red, white and blue…and black.
Think about it. Fireworks don’t start until it’s dark enough to provide sufficient contrast. Without a midnight background, pyrotechnics lose their luster.
That bit of deep thinking aside, Evnroll is releasing a “Murdered Out” version of its ER2 MidBlade model. Specifically, the ER2B will feature a proprietary flat black armor finish (same as the ER5 Black released earlier this year), black shaft, grip, and headcover.
Aesthetics notwithstanding, it’s the same shorter, wider, heel-and-toe weighted flange blade which won My Golf Spy’s ‘Most Wanted’ blade of 2017. Prior to finishing touches, the ER2B is CNC-milled from 303 Stainless Steel and hand-finished in Carlsbad, California.
At the core of every Evnroll putter is a truly, game-changing “Sweet Face” technology, which is starting to find favor with touring professionals. It’s not a superlative we toss around without a boatload of data to back it up, but the unique parabolic milling pattern delivers performance benefits in the form of improved distance control and accuracy. Evnroll’s description reads “uniform performance across the entire hitting area of the putter face for unprecedented accuracy and zero dispersion.”
Since its debut in 2016, Evnroll has consistently exhibited top-end performance in annual MyGolfSpy Most Wanted testing with the ER2, ER3, ER7, and ER8 all reaching “Most Wanted” status in 2017/2018.
The ER2B will be launched to major US retailers from July 4th and to distributors worldwide in August. The ER2B will be available in 33”, 34” and 35” lengths with an MSRP of $369.
